About Us Traceverified JSC is a pioneer in Vietnam’s traceability and agricultural transparency sector. By merging cutting-edge IT solutions with the agricultural supply chain, we help producers and consumers build trust through data. We are looking for a tech-savvy, driven Project Manager to join our mission of digitalizing the “Farm to Table” journey.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technical teams. You will translate complex business needs into actionable tech requirements while ensuring the project remains on track, on budget, and of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
- Team Leadership: Drive, monitor, and motivate a dedicated team of Developers and QA/Testers to meet project milestones.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Requirement Engineering: Analyze and synthesize client needs into clear, concise User Stories to streamline the workflow for the technical team.
- Reporting: Provide periodic progress updates to senior management and keep clients informed of development phases.
- Decision Making: Take ownership of project directions and solve problems proactively.
- Financial Oversight: Define and track project budgets, balancing revenue versus costs to ensure profitability.
- Documentation & Proposals: Maintain clear project documentation including user stories, product backlog, and specifications. Prepare project proposals and concept notes for potential clients or new initiatives when required.
Your Profile
- Experience: 6 months of relevant professional experience OR a degree in a related field (Business, IT, or Agriculture).
- Tech-Fluent: Proficient in using AI tools to increase productivity and optimize workflows.
- Languages: Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to synthesize information and transform ideas into structured plans.
- Soft Skills: You are curious, possess a sharp and logical mind, and have a genuine desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
