We are looking for candidates for Business Analyst (BA) positions who are passionate about agricultural support, food, and supply chain sector to join the team, based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Description:
50% of the professional analyst’s jobs include:
- Create Business Requirement Spec, SRS (System Requirement Spec), User Stories and wireframe for complex UCs (if needed)
- Transfer Business requirement to IT Division team or IT vendors
- Act as the bridge between Business Unit and IT Division or IT vendors to clarify the requirement with the development team (developers, testers, UI designer) in both business and system analysis view, and facilitate communication among internal team members
30% customer care service:
- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR and implementation
- Write testing scenarios for UAT
- Receive requests and support to users.
20% practical training:
- Meeting customers, getting requirements, delivering service, and software.
Requirement:
- Graduated in information technology or relevant.
- Experience in traceability, supply chain, logistics is an advantage.
- The ability to analyze and design ideas.
- The ability to manage time
- Having analytical thinking, critical thinking, synthesizing information, paying attention to all actions.
- Experience and knowledge in design analysis.
- Good listening and writing skills
- English proficiency: good listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Prioritize:
- o Know and use Agile / Confluence / Jira.
- o Ability to design UI / UX (web and mobile app).
